1) Automatic mail- You will recieve an automatic email once every day at 8 am. If you wish to get separate emails for each order or change the time, we can customise it as per your convenience
2) View Dashboard: You can view the dashboard any time using the link sent to you over email
This dashboard will show all order related details such as name, shipping address phone number etc.
3) Auto dashboard update: In your dashboard, orders will be updated every hour.
4) Tracking status: As in when the order is shipped you can update the tracking status in the dashboard and that will send an automatic mail to the customer.
5) Unserviceable orders: If the order is unservicable for any reason please let us know over email at firstname.lastname@example.org at the earliest.
