Nasturtium Alaska Mix Microgreen Seeds
Nasturtium Alaska Mix is one of the most popular edible flower varieties, and chefs always choose it first for its slightly peppery flavor. Its peppery flavor is reminiscent of watercress (Nasturtium officinale).
The flowers are a mix of orange and yellow with a few reds and maroons are thrown in for good measure, and the plant's foliage is marbled green and creamy white to provide even more color. After around eight weeks of planting, the blooms bloom as a single bulb or in pairs of two.
Nasturtiums are also excellent companion plants for tomatoes and cucumbers.
This wonderful blossom and its leaves can be added to spreads and salads.
