Cilantro/Coriander is a popular green in restaurants because of its fragrant, pleasant flavor, which goes well with everything from sushi to tacos.
Cilantro, like most microgreens, is incredibly easy to cultivate at home and is healthier than its full-grown counterpart. The growing process is a little sluggish, but it is well worth the wait!
This light floral-flavored green can be used as a garnish on almost any dish, but we prefer it on Indian cuisine and spicy foods. Rinse the seed and spread it out in any growth tray (ideally one with drainage holes) with a soil grow mat or tamp down the soil.
You can either wait till the actual leaf stage or harvest the greens when they are younger, as the greens have a milder flavor.
