Received damaged product.

First the order took too long to arrive. I tried reaching out over email, but no response. Then the product received was damaged. Disappointed.

This was my 3rd order from garden up.I had placed an order for set of 2 pots and firstly it was shipped late, upon sending an email to enquire the same, they take 2 days time to get back for a simple question.One of the pots that arrived was broken, have sent 3 emails so far, yet to hear from them.The only mode of communication is via email.Highly frustrating.I am still waiting for email regarding refund for the broken pot.I will not recommend this website to anyone.
